Using this blog

For folks new to blog usage here are some simple guidelines:

1. To view postings, double click the one that interests you in “Sort by Categories” list shown in the right side bar. (Or any of the specific listings in the sidebar.)
2. To view what others are saying about a particular posting, double click the blue “comments” item to the right in the line just below the  posting title. (This also shows you how many comments have been submitted.)
3. To submit your own comments; go the bottom of the comments list, provide your name and email address, type your comment in the large box and then click the “submit” button. You will be required to take a “human” action to thwart computer programs from spamming the blog. Thank you for your indulgence. (If you log in as a registered subscriber, you will not need to enter your name/email each time. From the “Log In” page you will clip the “Visit site” link in the upper left of the menu bar.)
   
4. If you wish to start a conversation (post a new topic) you must be registered as an author. To do so, please email me a short note about yourself and I will register you and send you a password granting you authoring privileges.
